Circular economy
in Austria
kreislaufwirtschaft.net provides a platform for citizens, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers. It offers innovative ideas and solutions for an active circular economy in Austria to facilitate dynamic exchange and implementation of the basic principles of the circular economy. Kreislaufwirtschaft.at provides accessible knowledge, tools, and implementation strategies for transforming linear waste streams into nutrient cycles in cities.
Kreislaufwirtschaft.net is managed by alchemia-nova as part of the DIRECT HUBS project, funded by the Climate and Energy Fund and carried out as part of the ‘energy transition 2050’ program. Within the framework of the DIRECT HUBS project, a concept for local innovation and transformation hubs in cities is being developed, where citizens participate in shaping, innovators have a platform, and solutions are developed in dynamic exchange within the community.
