This month, at the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology, University of Zagreb, experts from forestry research, innovation, finance, and policy came together to co-create solutions for developing regional biobased value chains that support Croatia’s circular bioeconomy.
Guided by Antonia Zerobin Scientific Project Manager at alchemia-nova, Piotr Swiatek and Katie Berveley (PDR Design), participants mapped the value chain ecosystem and identified key enablers, barriers, and leverage points to accelerate the sustainable growth of this emerging industry at the national level.
