Our colleagues Eriona Canga and Susanna Findlay recently participated in the second annual meeting of the REHUBS EU Project in Sertã, Beira Baixa (Portugal).

REHUBS EU Project aims to empower rural and small/ medium local communities to enhance their #climateresilience. Partners met to align on mitigation of risks in these areas such as #droughts, #heatwaves, #wildfires, #floods, and #biodiversityloss.

ANRI is partnering with TOEV (Tavropos Irrigation Organisation) and AgroApps PC to optimise irrigation management in the region of Thessaly, Greece and will also take the lead in developing a framework of NbS for rural resilience.

The meeting in Portugal yielded valuable knowledge exchange and alignment of perspectives and we are continuing to work together towards the REHUBS objective. 🌱🌾

Special thanks to our host partners VOST Portugal, the Beira Baixa Intermunicipal Community and Jorge Gomes and his team, for the all their hard work, welcoming us and providing us an with such impressive itinerary!
