INSPIRE Europe project – 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞

Over the past months, here at alchemia-nova we’ve been advancing Inspire Europe’s mission to reduce plastic waste in European rivers by bringing biobased materials and zero plastic alternatives into real-world use. Together with partners and community organisations, we’ve built momentum, 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟓+ 𝐌𝐨𝐔𝐬 with municipalities, SMEs, research institutes, retailers, hotels, and art collectives.

We’re currently 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨-𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 123zero with stakeholders in Austria, Slovenia, and beyond, thanks also to support from our sister project REMEDIES. The feedback we receive helps improve products and raise awareness on reducing everyday plastic use.

At the same time, several farmers in Austria and Greece are now testing the 𝐏𝐇𝐀-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐬 developed within INSPIRE by Bio-Mi Sustainable Solutions. The field insights are crucial for validating and scaling these alternatives to conventional agricultural plastics.

We’ll continue expanding partnerships, supporting field tests, and showcasing plastic-free solutions across Europe, moving step by step toward circular, nature-positive materials.
