Antonia Zerobin

Biotechnologist, Researcher and Scientific Project Manager

Antonia is a sustainability-driven researcher and project manager with a strong interdisciplinary background in environmental biotechnology, circular economy, and EU funding management. She holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from BOKU University, where she contributed to research on plastic upcycling, bioplastics from cyanobacteria, and renewable gas production through geomethanisation. Prior to joining alchemia-nova, she worked as an EU funding consultant at KPMG, supporting international clients in developing and submitting climate and innovation projects to major EU programmes such as the ETS Innovation Fund and LIFE. She also completed certified training in sustainability management. Her passion for circular solutions and biotechnological innovation led her to alchemia-nova, where she now contributes as a researcher and scientific project manager to foster industrial symbiosis within the bioeconomy.
