Gaetano Bertino

Project Manager, Circular Building Specialist

Gaetano Bertino achieved a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering-Architecture in 2015, focusing his dissertation on the conservative refurbishment and sustainable redevelopment of waterfronts. Following, he obtained licenses to practice as a Civil Engineer (2015) and Architect (2016) through the EU. In 2018, he completed the 2nd level postgraduate Master and Specialization course in Forensic Engineering, with dissertation on evaluating noise pollution in areas of landscape interest. In 2022, he earned a Doctorate in Natural Resources and Life Sciences, with project topic on circular solutions for a sustainable architecture. He is member in good standing of the Professional Order of Engineers of the Province of Naples (n. 21151). He has gained international experience working for research institutes, municipalities, architectural firms, construction and consulting companies. He is fully qualified as Safety Coordinator on construction sites and as Forensic Technical Consultant in civil proceedings, serving as either a judge’s or parties’ auxiliary. Since 2018, Gaetano Bertino has served as a Project Manager and Technical Expert at alchemia-nova, overseeing all current projects as the head of the PM department.
